ILT Session Communication Messages

There are several Communication Message for ILT Sessions. The default Subject, Body and Trigger information for each message is listed below. These may differ than what your System Administrator set up in the root LearnCenter. You have the ability to edit message defaults on a per-LearnCenter basis. See Editing Communication Messages and Communication Message - Automation for instructions.

Some messages can be configured using triggers and some with multiple action dates. The following table lists all available messages, and their action date and trigger availability.

Supervisor ILT Session Survey Supervisor Supervisor Survey Follow-up for ILT Session Dear [[Supervisor First Name]] [[Supervisor Last Name]], The user [[User First Name]] [[User Last Name]] has completed an ILT Session [[ILT Session Name]]. Please complete the survey [[Supervisor Survey Name]] for this ILT Session. After Date Completed Yes This message is sent to the user's supervisor after the user completes an ILT Session. (and if that ILT Session has a follow-up survey for supervisor) No
Supervisor ILT Session Survey Followup Supervisor Survey Follow-up sent to [[User First Name]] [[User Last Name]] for ILT Session Dear [[Supervisor First Name]] [[Supervisor Last Name]], A follow-up survey [[Survey Name]] has been sent to [[User First Name]] [[User Last Name]]. Upon Date Sent No This message is sent to the user's supervisor after the survey followup message is sent to the user. No
User ILT Session Survey Followup User Survey Follow-up for ILT Session Dear [[User First Name]] [[User Last Name]], Please complete the survey [[Survey Name]]. After Date Completed Yes This message is sent to the user after s/he completes an ILT session (and if that ILT session has a follow-up survey). No
